Charter Spectrum is hosting a Vida y Salud Health Fair this Saturday, January 25th from 10 AM to 4 PM at Pacoima City Hall in Partnership with the Hispanic Information Telecommunications Network (HITN), Congressman Tony Cardenas, and my office. Come out with your family and enjoy a day full of hands-on activities. You will have the opportunity to engage in a cooking demonstration and participate in a Zumba class. There will be many booths that will provide valuable information on physical and mental health, so come on out and learn about the many ways you can live a long and healthy life!
