Progress in Pacoima. My office worked closely with City agencies to complete the resurfacing project on Osborne Street from Laurel Canyon Boulevard to Arleta Avenue. Due to the poor conditions of this street, Osborne was resurfaced three times, in three different phases over the year, culminating with this last phase that was completed yesterday. In addition to the repaving of the street, Street Services upgraded every sidewalk intersection to ADA compliant access ramps.
