Over the course of 12 weeks, we delivered a total of 15,000 hot vegetarian meals to families in Northeast San Fernando Valley. I’m very grateful to the Sikh community and the Khalsa Care Foundation for their partnership and service to our community.
While this program is ending, families in need of groceries or meals may visit the remaining seven food pantries in our district. This community’s generosity is inspiring and I look forward to our continued work to provide quality and healthy meals to families in our City.
