I’m pleased to report the completion of an abatement and cleanup project at Sylmar Upper East channel from Bledsoe St. to Tyler Ave. Residents contacted my office regarding overgrown vegetation and nuisance issues in this area. We worked closely with the Bureau of Sanitation to remove overgrown vegetation, trim trees and branches, clean up trash, and clear out the channel. The work resulted in over 200 cubic yards of trash and debris removed.
