Today I joined my colleagues on the LA City Council to send a letter to Mercury, a public affairs firm, demanding that the company drop the Republic of Turkey as a client. We can’t allow Turkey’s genocidal rhetoric, denial of the Armenian Genocide and denial of current war crimes to continue.
It’s our collective responsibility to say ‘NO MORE!’ No more to the senseless killings of innocent civilians. No more to the atrocities that are occurring in Artsakh right now. We won’t have dealings with any firm that supports or is supported by those who commit or denies genocide.
