In an effort to address the high number of COVID-19 cases in my district, today I provided #COVID Care Kits for long term care workers. The kits which include gloves, masks, a disinfectant solution, sanitizer, and other materials were distributed to SEIU Local 2015, Chicas Mom, Inc., and People in Action for Community.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, we have provided 2,000 COVID Care Kits to long term care workers and essential workers in Council District
