I’m pleased to share the recent progress made in Pacoima through Operation Bright S.P.O.T., a targeted neighborhood clean up program I launched in an effort to improve the quality of life. Clean ups focus on our major corridors and include illegal dumping pick-ups on residential streets. My team completed work on Glenoaks Boulevard between Paxton and Daventry Street in Pacoima. We removed a massive quantity of illegal dumping in the alley that blocked the resident’s garage doors.
