As part of my continued effort to create a safer community, my team joined the Community Safety Advisory Council (CSAC) to identify critical locations to prevent crime through environmental design. This consisted of a walkthrough of the San Fernando Gardens with community stakeholders, San Fernando Gardens residents, and CSP Officers. CSAC performed two analyses, one in the morning and in the evening.
ο»ΏThey identified locations, where lighting can be improved, where cameras can be added, and where traffic signage can be improved to address speeding issues.
