Congratulations to David Ramirez from Pacoima for being appointed to the Associate Degree for Transfer Intersegmental Implementation Committee by Governor Gavin Newsom!
David has been a tremendous student advocate and currently serves as a Student Trustee for the Pasadena Area Community College District Board of Trustees. He has also served as Vice Chair for the Student Trustee Advisory Committee of the Association of Community College Trustees since 2021.
Prior to this, David was Legislative Affairs Director for Region VII for the Student Senate of California Community Colleges from 2020 to 2021.
