I am proud to announce that the Northeast Valley Health Corporation (NEVHC) has been awarded $5 million for their health centers in #AD39!
I grew up in the San Fernando Valley and am familiar with the need for medical care in underserved areas in my district. By tackling long-standing health inequities, these investments will help bridge the gap towards equitable health opportunities.
NEVHC will be able to purchase crucial medical equipment towards early cancer screening and provide diabetes care services. These investments will support their commitment towards improving quality of care and enhancing the capacity of their community centers to provide high-quality services.
