This upcoming Monday, November 7, 2022, the City of Los Angeles Jobs and Economic Development Incentive Zones (JEDI) Program is holding a Van Nuys Corridor Orientation from 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM at Pacoima City Hall. The Van Nuys Corridor Jedi Zone is on Van Nuys Blvd. from Laurel Canyon to Bradley Ave.
The JEDI Program provides economic benefits and tools for local businesses in designated JEDI Zones. The JEDI Zones are located in underserved areas that experience persistent unemployment and underemployment, low and moderate household income earnings, and neighborhood instability.
Among the incentives offered are:

– Compliance Assistance Program
– Microloan Fee and Interest Reduction
– Priority Support Program
– Employer Connect
– Façade Improvement Program
– Permit Fee Reduction for Development Projects
