From Councilwoman Monica Rodriguez Desk – Delivered a Check to the San Fernando Valley Japanese American Community Center

Board of Public Works Commissioner Susana Reyes and I delivered a check to the San Fernando Valley Japanese American Community Center, which is located in Pacoima.
This donation was made available through the dissolution of the Tillman Japanese Garden Visitor’s Center Foundation.

I’m thrilled that the San Fernando Valley Japanese American Community Center will be benefiting from these funds. This enables the Center to continue doing its incredible work preserving and promoting Japanese culture.
