Last week, I had the opportunity to tour Summit View Apartments, a 49-unit permanent supportive housing complex located in Lakeview Terrace. In collaboration with LA Family Housing and Many Mansions, Summit View Apartments will provide permanent housing for veterans experiencing homelessness.
Homelessness is the most pressing issue facing Los Angeles, and I’ve continued my work to not only ensure housing solutions, but ensure prudent use of taxpayer dollars, demanding greater transparency and accelerating progress for our families and neighborhoods.
