For those who are eligible but have not yet received a vaccination FREE vaccines and testing are available in the district at our Sylmar Recreation Center vaccine site located at 13109 Borden Ave, Sylmar, CA 91342 from Tuesday through Saturday from 9 AM to 3 PM.
