Yesterday, I was honored to host AD39’s 2022 Woman of the Year, Mireya Garcia Pacheco, at my District Office to celebrate her recognition! Miraya, a long-time Pacoima resident, has dedicated her time to providing services to hundreds of San Fernando Valley residents during the COVID-19 pandemic. She is well-known for her commitment to families and communities, which she demonstrates by keeping them informed about the various resources accessible to them around the district. Mireya is a true champion in the San Fernando Valley, and it is a pleasure to have recognized such a dedicated and long-serving member of the community!
